Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr is an Irish singer-songwriter and musician. Corr made her debut in the year 1990. She was the lead singer of The Corrs, a Celtic folk rock and pop group The Corrs along with her three siblings, Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. She was awarded the honor of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) and is more well-known as an active member of the Celtic folk and pop-rock group The Corrs. As the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of The Corrs, Andrea is the leader. Andrea is a singer who began her career as an acting in 1991, then grew into a musical talent and stage artist. She performed the playback in Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's studio album of six is complemented by two compilation albums, three live albums and a remix album. She has also received the recognition she deserves for her work with charities. Andrea is a mother of two together with her stockbroker companion. Andrea's first lesson in music was to master the Tin horn. Gerry was her teacher when she started learning the piano. Andrea is able to play the ukulele. She spent most of her teens honing her singing skills. She spent her teenage years working on her musical abilities. Andrea was a student of Dun Lughaidh Convent and participated in various school productions.
